Welcome to my commissioning term of service !
I'm thrilled that you're considering working with me to bring your vision to life.These terms are designed to protect both of our interests and ensure that we have a clear understanding of what to expect throughout the commissioning process.
So please take a moment to review my terms of service before we begin.

✧General guidelines✧

☆By commissioning me, you agree to have read and fully agreed to my terms of service.☆Prices shown are for personal use only (unless specified otherwise).☆I retain all the rights to my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce, copy and/or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion.☆I do NOT authorise using any of my pieces as NFT.☆Furthermore, I do NOT authorise using any of my pieces to feed any AI generator or use in an AI generator in any way.☆I reserve the right to refuse any commission

☆Any ill behaviour will not be tolerated.☆Please write in a clear and sympathetic manner.☆I work best when given artistic freedom to create an image based on the characters you provide : I am happy to match a scene or pose that you have in mind, please allow and expect some variations.☆I may use photo bashing and/or 3D on my commissions if I see fit at my own discretion.☆Price might vary depending on the complexity of the character design, background or other elements I deem fit.☆ The process might be streamed or recorded. if you don't wish it to be state so when requesting the commission.

✧Customer satisfaction✧

☆I will do everything I can to make my clients satisfied about their commission(s).☆If you have any problem regarding the commissioned piece, please tell me right away, so we can find a solution together.☆Communication is the most important part of the commission process.
As such, if you have some issues with communication, please don’t hesitate to let me know beforehand, so I can adapt to you.

✧Customer use✧

☆The commissioner reserves the right to:
⭒Claiming rights to the character, but not the drawing itself.
⭒Sharing/Reposting the artwork any place they see fit, with proper credit.
⭒Printing the artwork for personal use only.☆ NO DERIVATIVE AI TRAINING OR AI FINE-TUNING
⭒ The client may not use the work, drafts, stems, source files, or project materials to train, fine-tune, benchmark, validate, or otherwise feed any machine-learning or generative AI system, including as reference material or input for generating derivative work, without the provider's separate written permission. This restriction applies in perpetuity and survives completion or termination of this contract and any transfer of ownership under it.☆ NFT usage is strictly forbidden.
☆The following is considered copyright infringement:
⭒Reproducing/using copyrighted artwork commercially without my knowledge.
⭒Claiming the artwork as your own.
⭒Removing my signature from the artwork.
⭒Changing the artwork without my consent.

✧Payment✧

✰I only accept payment via PayPal, VGen and Kofi.✰For Paypal, I will send all invoices and only accept € as payment !✰Payments can be either :
⭒100% after the first approved sketch
⭒50% before I start your commission and 50% before I send the finished piece. (for any commission that reaches an amount over €200)
⭒If after the initial payment things are added , the second payment will be sent after I'm done with the piece.✰I will ONLY start working on your commission after receiving full or the first-rate of the agreed payment.✰! Rush fee means that you will be put at the top of my to-do list !
We can discuss how much together.✰Please, give me a realistic deadline.

✧Rights rates ✧

✰Personal rights are free of charge.✰Private right is extra 50% of final quote price.✰Commercial rights will be decided case by case.

✧Refunds and cancelling✧

✰I don't do refunds if I started working on your commission.✰You’ll receive a full refund if for any unjustifiable reason I’m unable to finish the commission before the coloring. After that it will be partial.✰After 3 days of unpaid invoice, your slot will be forfeited if another person pays in due time.

✧Delivery time ✧

✰The time of delivery is based on active buyer responses to my inquiries, delay may arise if not.✰Delay may arise depending on next factors : order of commission, complexity, health, work, school, or family issues.✰If delays arise, you will be notified.✰If you choose a payment plan expanding over the delivery time, delay before completion will rise.
In this case, I will work on your commission has much of the payment I have received.

✧Commission’s information ✧

✰Provide numerous useful references. I can guide you if needed, just state it.✰In the case where you have any size, resolution and/or colour mode requirements, please inform me as soon as possible.
If I already created the file and worked on it, I might not be able to change it.✰If I have to find references myself, an additional charge will be added.✰You'll be notified if I added reference fees to the final quote price, so we can discuss it if needed.✰Description of the wanted commission is required, the more details the better ! You can also try to sketch your idea in paint : I’ll take everything ! ( You can also send songs with the vibes in addition)What you need to send me :

✰ If you have just or mostly a written description of what you want and of the character bullet point are preferable for it is easier for me to catch everything

✧Revisions ✧

✰The client has the right to 3 free revisions, after which a fee might be applied✰Revisions apply also if you wish to change a part of the painting you have previously approved in the later stages.✰In the case where artistic freedom is given, I will work based on my judgment. However, if the client requests scrapping of the scene in its majority or entirety, they'll be charged again.✰Any mistakes from my end will be fixed for free.
